About the Role: A Data Entry Clerk at Brand Avenue is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and efficient, with a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Input and update data accurately and efficiently into company databases.
Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Organize and manage files and documents for easy retrieval.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Assist with generating reports and data summaries as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Follow data entry guidelines and protocols to maintain high-quality standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in data entry or a similar role preferred but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
